Myrmica Sp. (Im assuming Rubra) Have 100% been flying in Calgary (Bridle wood area) this week. I saw the flights live in action on Sept 6th. The past few days I've caught about 15 queens. I think these are a bit better, they are a pretty small any, and I noticed a little spike on its back. These were caught today, it looks like a nuptial flight day

I’m not sure which specifies this is but it was lingering outside my house so there is about to be a nuptial flight in Calgary. If anyone knows what species this is let me know!
