The contrast of the photo made it difficult but it's very probable to being a Lasius Brevicornis (aka the american species of L. Flavus). Hope it helps!

I actually have to say Crematogaster spp. I found it matched the shape a lot better than the Camponotus spp.

I have to say Lasius Umbratus but I'm not 100% on the exact species of Lasius due to the low resolution photos.
