It looks like Lasius, I think Lasius flavus, if it’s golden/yellow from underneath.

For 100% this isn't an ant, it's a wasp. Look at antennae .

I caught them in this month in Morocco, Agadir. They seem to be polygynous, they raise their brood together and I haven't seen an act of agression.
