What is the website to find them?
They're available on the AntsCanada main page under the tab "Queen Ants for Sale".

Re: Myrmica? Pheidole? hALP!

@bowzerslayer Do you live in WV? I am looking for a queen. Think I could still find one at this time of year? I am in WV. In fact, I'm the GAN farmerin WV (Morgantown). Though I haven't seen any ants flying in a couple weeks, I'm sure the season isn't over yet. Alternatively, I do have a Tetramoriu...

Pheidole sp. queen.
Thanks! Those are "Big Headed Ants", right? I'd feel so lucky to have caught one of Mikey's favorites in my first year!

P.S. I like your signature. Too many people just give up or get lazy. It happens with every kind of pet.

Myrmica? Pheidole? hALP!

Hi! So I've had this queen for a couple weeks now and have no clue what she is. She's smaller than my tetramorium, for sure. Caught in north central West Virginia. If she's Myrmica it may be too late as I've been treating her as fully claustral. She does have a small clutch of eggs that she clings t...

Re: Broken Antennae

I had a lasuis Neoniger queen with a missing antennae. She reared a healthy colony to about 20 workers. Their death was completely my fault and not due at all the her antennae. ( I left them in a windowsil and they kinda... cooked.) How sad! Gotta be careful with direct sunlight (but I'm sure you k...
