Hello everybody I caught this queen in Israel (Ra'ananaa, specifically) about a month ago, she had no wings but I saw she has scars. She is about a centimeter and a half long. please help me identify my queen here's a few pictures:

By the way I caught her in a hot sunny day and she is approximately 6-8 mm long

Caught this queen ant please help me identify her and another ‏question if she's laying eggs that means that she is fertile from a male right?
