Update: She’s laying eggs!
Thank you all for your help, upon doing more research on Tetramorium she appears to fit the description! Also there’s a lot of pavement ant colonies around me so this seems to be the most logical answer.

Did I Find a Queen? If So, Need an ID.
Hello! So I’m brand new to the ant hobby and was wondering if I caught a Queen? I caught her a couple days ago when she flew into my house. Hoping she’s actually a she, I have her in a test tube set up and she seems to be doing fairly well. She’s about 3/8 of an inch long. Thanks! I’m located in Ohi...
