Tip 2) Absolutely do NOT check on ant queens you’ve caught every day or even once a week this stresses them out too much and I made that mistake once and I hope to never repeat it because she wouldn’t lay any eggs and she starved. If you absolutely have to check maybe do it in a relatively dark room...

Is it possible for me to catch a queen ant, and then put her in a bin filled with dirt or something so she can make her own chamber and come out when she is ready or should I just keep putting ant queens in test tubes?
