Can I jump in on this thread or should I do a new one? I have a queen that's been in a test tube for a month and wondered if I should feed it - not sure what type of species it is.

Thanks. That cotton ball is so tightly packed I was worried it wasn't letting any moisture in.

I’m near Chicago. Is there a weather alert or something we can get on so we know when good queening days are?
