Does anyone have ideas of how to run a cord out of a set up without giving the ants a way out and have it so it doesnt ruin the look of the setup

Hello i have recently got a hold of three queens from the Camponotus floridanus species and need to know info about them
-When are their nuptial flights
-do the fully sustain them selves through the first batch of eggs
-eating habits
-how long do the first batch of eggs take to hatch

I wouldn't be able to fit the smaller one in with the bigger one so i think i might to the second option. I just didn't want to injure the queen.

You should only give your colonies insects until they reach a large enough size to take their time with large food items. yes i know that but i would take fish cut it up into a size they can tolerate i just didn't know if they got something from insects that they wouldn't get from meat.
