Ok these are in my tank its a long story but they are a type of acrobat ant, they are all black, are smooth bodied and 2 to 3mm long

This guys are making a huge mound like fire ants in my back yard and I have never seen them before the solders are 5mm and the worker to are like 3mm most of the body is black and the front of the abdomen is red and at the back of it is black I'm in the southeast of usa in Tennessee
