Hi,
In my opinion you have:
1) Lasius Niger
2) Tetramorium
3&4) Formica Rufibarbis
If i am right, all are monogyn.
If i am not right, and they are formica fusca, then yes, formcia fusca is polygynous.
However from my experience formica fusca is blacker.

That is definitely a worker. Sorry, however you shouldn't discourage and keep searching, i am sure you are going to find a queen.
