Is this a queen or a hostage worker for the last two day
Literally found this and walking across a side walk at a park. I went to find queen ants though. I live in Atlanta, GA. She was so tiny ruffly a CM long I couldn't tell if she had wings that had fallen off. I think I wanted to see where they had fallen off but once again so tiny not sure. She's currently in a drawer in the test tube. One cotton ball with water and the other blocking her escape. Will post photos immediately. I just made this post from my phone. Photos up in under ten minutes

Photobucket won't host the images here.

I'm assuming Queen and not a worker, or Is it wrong to assume?
Also Is the type of ant that fast when laying its first batch of eggs? Or does she need a little food? I can't remember what that's called. All she has right now is water in a cotton ball in a dark tube lol

Solenopsis invicta queen, claustral and very fast-growing.
