Longhorn crazy ants in new england?
What is the general area I'd find a long horn crazy ant I've read they are tropical but can be found inside up here, is this true or will I be able to find a colony outside and take some queens and workers? Thank you

I doubt you will find Paratrechina in NH, but there are many native black ants you are likely to see.

Not to the best of my knowledge, but the size and longevity of the colony will not have much to do with the number of queens, which can live for up to 30 years depending on the species. The maximum size of the colony has more to do with the size of their living space and the quality of their care.

Do you have experience with animal breeding? What are you looking to change?

Yes with animal breeding and right now I don'texactly know I might narrow down intelligence and size make them closer to a 1/4 ant
