Queen IDs|South Florida

So I found three different species of queens. Southern most Florida. All were found on the pavement, except the Pheidole(I think) that was found right outside my door. I live in a Suburban. The first queen, suspected Pheidole, is about 6-8 mm(could not get her to sit still but I think 7 mm). Second queen is, I am 99% sure, a RIFA queen. The third is a brachymyrmex. I wanted to see if I was correct. I mostly want an ID on the suspected pheidole moerens. In the pics I noticed the Pheidole kinda of looks like the RIFA, but trust me they are two very different sizes in person. The other two I am sure of but you could always reassure me ;) Note: sorry for the somewhat pixelated photos. I had to use my iPhone 7 camera because I don't have a macro lens for my Nikon. If you need different photos let me know and I will see what I can do. Thanks!

This is the other queen I caught not to long ago of the same species I think(suspected pheidole):

This is the RIFA(approx.10mm?):

And Lastly the Brachymyrmex(4-5mm):

Also wanted to add to please tell me if the first queen is fully-claustral or semi?

The last is a Brachymyrmex patagonicus.

Ok thanks. I'm not really looking forward to these ants as they are REALLY small. I used to have a colony of these but they died. I would really like to know what the first queen is though...?

If you could get more photos of the first one from different angles, that would be nice. Pretty sure it's Dorymyrmex.

Alright I will do it a little later today. I looked up some pics of dorymyrmex and they seem to have much bigger abdomens to body size than my queen does. Also, the only dorymyrmex I could find that lives where I'm at is Brunei. Not saying your wrong I just wanted to add those two things. The reason why I thought pheidole moerens is because it matches the length, lives down here, and has the same color and body shape. I will attach a pic of a moeren to see if you agree.

Florida is one of the most diverse states for Dorymyrmex.

Ok so here are some more angles. I think they might be better because these were taken when there was daylight. Also, is that an egg I see in the last one?

I'm sticking with my ID.

The second may be Formica, but more photos are needed.

What is the feature suggesting Dorymyrmex? It looks to me like AAA was right in their initial guesses.
