QUEEN ANT ID (BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA)

Hi, AC FORUM. I captured two queen ants in my back yard. They were having his nuptial flight, because they had wings. After i collect one of them, she took their wings off. I think that they are from the same species, because of their similarities.

The two queen ants have already laid eggs and they are doing fine!

Location: Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Day of capture: January 3, 2017 (during the summer in the southern hemisphere)

Queen ant number one:
I think that she is from the Solenopsis spp.

I have the suspicion that It is of the same species as the first Queen ant.

I think that their are from a FULLY- CLAUSTRAL species, because they have not tried to escape removing the cotton and their seem very calm.
