Queen or major??

Hey guys so today (10-30) I caught this ant which looks to be a solenopsis invicta. I'm having trouble though on telling if it's a queen or a major. I already have a queen of this species but it looks bigger than this new one. Measuring her was difficult but it looks to be about 9 mm at max. So is it a queen? Thanks!

Get second opinion, Solenopsis sp., probably invicta.

A queen, but you didn't include a location. :(

Ah, on the profile. Then yes, Solenopsis invicta.
