I have a lot less experience than you, but I have fed them cooked turkey, ham, chicken for protein. I have also fed colonies wax worms that I got from the fishing dept. at Walmart. For sugar I have used sugar-water, honey, and Gatorade .ooper01 wrote:Just wondering what the rest of you feed your Camponotus ants??
