Black Southwest Florida Quëën

Is this a pavement ant or pheidole, 8 mm Found around house in suburban, just rained, cool tempts last few days and early morning, black and looks like fire ant queens

Pheidole sp.

Could be Ph. megacephala, but we're a little limited on well-lit detailed photos.

I think that is the correct species but I will upload better pic just for clarification this is different Quëën found in same location
