test tubed queens

hey people of ac, here is just a few questions about cleaning or refilling the test tube with water. i am asking this because these are my first successful queens ( when i mean successful i mean the longest living queens) iv'e had, so i would like to now how to safely move the queens if the test tube gets low on water. thx

x1 Anonychromyrma (15-20 workers)
