I fought this queen this spring and they have been growing very fast since she go there first workers about 2 months ago.

I don't think so because they are very small(workers: 2mm,queen: 5mm). Also if it helps I caught these in San Rafael.

There Are Lasius Species Around That Size.

At that size, Probably Tapinoma sessile or Nylanderia sp., but I honestly cannot see them well enough because video.

Remember that a 1080p video is equivalent to a 2 megapixel photograph that you can't zoom into (but with a file size that is many times larger). ;)
