I just caught an Tetramorium caespitum queen but is she paracitic?

Why do you ask that? No, T. caespitum is claustral. It would probably be Tetramorium impurum at this time of year.

Oops! except that species is not found in your area, apparently? T. caespitum would be appropriate, then, if that is the right genus.
