some of my camponotus nanitics are dying i dont know why im moving test tubes because of what i think is mold, can mold kill ants?

I understand ants deal with mold naturally. As long as there is a little mold. If it gets out of hand you should definitely clean it up. But a little mold isn't anything to worry too much about, just keep your eye on it.
