Trap Jaw Acts Weird

So i have 3 trap jaw queens atm. I keep them inside of test tubes where i also feed them. 2 queens are super chill when i look at them, they just mind their business of rearranging brood and drinking sugar water. The other one is always running around like crazy when i look at her, she just runs around really crazy and if she stops she pics up her eggs and starts to run again or she just starts pulling at the cotton.
-Is there a reason for such weird behavior?

It just feels weird for me because the other 2 queens are super chill when I handle their test tubes and clean them and feed them. They don't even get that scared when i accidentally poke them with the tip of a q tip.

I might be wrong, but I feel like you shouldn't disturb them by feeding them in their test tubes (and therefore not clean their test tubes). That might stress them all, some more than others. I would feed them outside their test tubes, which would stress them less and would eliminate the need for you to clean their tubes. I would at least do that for the stressed queen(s).
