Colorado Lasius?

Help with identifying the species your ants

Colorado Lasius?

Found a handful of these today. Unfortunately, they all still have their wings, so pics from above are obstructed. Approximately 10mm. Never found a Lasius before, and I'm assuming that is what this is. Any idea on the species?

Do you think it might be Neoniger? I'm not really sure how to distinguish between Lasius species, and I'm colorblind :/

I think it can't be lasius flavus !

I'm Not Certain When It Comes To Foreign Ants, But I Agree With The User Above - Probably Lasius Flavus.
