Are three mealworms, one medium-sized moth, and 7 drops of honey enough food for a colony of 7 workers, 5 pupae, around 4 larvae, and around 10 eggs?

Should be just fine. Make sure you aren't feeding them bugs from outside though.. They often have pesticides on them and can wipe out your colony. also you might consider having a bottle cap of honey water, so that when the honey drops dry out you have a more liquid-y sugar source as well.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

Yeah I sorta realized that after I left. I fed them only moths the first week and they were seemingly fine though. But I'm no where near any farmland or any agricultural place that would use pesticides. And I wonder how often you're supposed to replace honey water cause I know it ferments.
