As long as they're not dry they'll be okay. Ants don't like dried insects, they're mainly interested in their body fluids.
Also adult ants barely need any protein, it's the larvae that do.

Well, you can always freeze them. And if you take them out put them into water for a few minute before giving them to the ants.

All you gotta do is buy some razberries from the Pokemon Go store and your set.
