ID this ant (Egypt, October 2016, 3mm)

Hi, I'd like to identify this ant species in my home (Alexandria, Egypt). Photos take on October 2016, and the ant length is about 3mm.

Looks like some sort of Solenopsis or Pheidole to me.

This looks more like Trichomyrmex to me.
