If you want them ID'd, we need pictures and measurements.

Alright so I recently found 3 winged queens and 13 male drones but they were all only around 15 feet from the nest and I doubt they are mated. I put them all in a tub together, but haven't seen any mating. Will they successfully mate even if they are the same colony? I know it varies from species to species, I have rover ants so do those interbreed? Thx!
I'm not very experienced with ants yet so please take a second opinion but I remember hearing on the AntsCanada Youtube that ants only mate during their nuptial flight so I don't think they would mate in a tub. He also mentioned there certain environmental factors too so even if you tub is big enough they still might not mate.

If they were flying, they wouldn't have already mated.

Not necessarily.

They could have mated while flying yes, but he was asking if they would have already mated inside the colony. If the queens were mated, then it would have been during that flight.

Okay, I see what you're saying.

Usually in my experience
Ants that mate inside the nest either stay there or go with a group of workers to a new location.

That's exactly what they do. When they move, they take brood and workers with them in a process called "budding".
