Identify queen texas USA

There was a nuptial flight outside my house and i found this queen and i was wondering what species it is. :D Thank

I'd say Solenopsis invicta. Southern fire ant

Yeah but this early in the year? invicta is pretty much all that's flying. Confirmation would be nice but I'm fairly certain that's invicta.
