So I'm new to ant keeping and today I got a queen ant (idk what species though), but can someone tell me any ways to know if she's fertile (btw I found her in the water and got her out and she still has her wings). :D

having wings doesn't mean that she's infertile. Just ask for IDs in the ID section of the website and then enclose her in the test tube setup.

One way to find out if she's fertile or not is by looking at her gaster. If it's enlarged then yes. Just ask in the IDs section of the page to clarify your questions.
