how long does it take for a solonopsis jeminata egg to devlop into worker in air condioned room? Pls help

i was wondering how long does it take for fire ant egg to become a worker in a air condioned room( AC room )

In a cool room it does take longer that's for sure. I keep my nests in a room that is around 70*F and usually it ranges rom egg to full adult in 1-2 months give or take. If your want it faster then buy a heating cable and place it at one end of the nest, this will promote faster growth and also making sure they have plenty of protein will help also.
