Is it ethical to kidnap a winter ant queen

Hello I was walking in the woods the other day when I kicked over a rock and underneath it was a massive winter ant colony me being curious looked before placing the rock back and I was able to spot three queens now dude to the lack of queens in my area could I possible queen nap one queen and a few workers?

it really depends on who the ant keeper is, some would say it is unethical others would say it isn't. I would try to avoid it unless they would be my dream species or you have like no ant colonies but like i said your choice
