Traveling the Pacific

Hello, I'm again traveling for work but this time through the Pacific. I found something in my hotel bathroom that I thought you and maybe you all would get a kick out of...a trapjaw queen I believe. I relocated her outside, seeing as she still had her wings but it was definitely a neat thing to wake up to first thing this morning. Oh and I snapped a few photos of her once she was outdoors. Wish I could've taken her home with me, but she definitely belongs her instead of the dry high desert I call home. Photos to come this evening gotta catch my flight.

Photo is up...sorry it took so long, we didn't quite make our destination for the evening and I am stuck on an island with no cell service and spotty wifi.

I was pretty positive she was. I didn't get a photo of it because I didn't want to stress her out more but when I was trying to move her, she did the signature jaws locked open thing trapjaw ants do.

Over all I am happy I got to see a species in real life I wouldn't get to see otherwise.
