Been tempted to get a better camera for macro photos and videos. Not sure I want to get something as big as a 80D with large macro lens and ring flash though. On the other hand, I think I'd like something with a little more versatility than the Olympus TG-5

Anyone have a good macro setup they can recommend?

if you want a cheap one, get a marco cam for you phone on amazon. I just got one and it works great
