There was a big ant hill next to my truck and when it got knocked over I seen 2 elates on the TOP but they still had wings. I hope they were mated

Nope they arent. I can almost garuntee it. When they mate the fly like a block away and land far away to make a nest. These were virgin queens who were nearing flight time.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

If the queens are unmated, then they are incapable of creating workers and will be doomed to starve to death.
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.

The workers that I captured with her seem to be carrying all the eggs I captured to her

Also half the eggs I captured were from a different colony that look the same. They are carrying them all to her
