Hey guys, I've been so busy this past year but eventually I found some spare time to go out ant look for new Queen alates every once in a while. Just this week I found a queen camponotus castaneus by my pool. 5 days later, I found a queen camponotus floridanus queen. And just last night, I found an amazing camponotus impresses queen wandering into my garage! I set up some nice test tubes for them and they have already stared laying their first eggs! I'm most excited for the camponotus impresses queen. She is truly one of the most exotic and strange looking ants in my "collection". But I'm also excited to have caught a unique ground nesting camponotus species, camponotus castaneus, with some amazing coloration.
I wish you all the best of luck to your current and future colonies. Hopefully I can be posting more often. Ant love forever Bye
Camponotus Week!!!
