You should just keep them in a test tube setup and remove the outworld until the colony grows larger. Also start feeding them a little more to hopefully get their numbers back up
Ants I have-
camponotus compressus colony- the shadow warriors.
Pls just let me have a tetramorium colony

I just came back from a holiday to Bali, and the colony is doing much better. The queen laid around 5 eggs, which I think is not a lot for this species, but it was still some progress. There are now about 10 larva and 2 pupa. The workers are still very active and are caring for the queen and brood, which is good to see.
Ants are better than termites lol

Hello everyone, I have not posted in this Journal for some time.
Around a week ago, I accidentally flooded the tube :o , but luckily 3 workers and the queen survived. (Rip the brood and the other workers) so now, in a new tube, the queen laid many eggs but for some reason they have not developed for 7 days and are still eggs. I fed them proteins and honey regularly, but they dont seem to be eating either. Any suggestions?
