I’ve finally managed to capture an ant princess ventured a bit farther from its nest inside my house without its bodyguards. I want to release it before the nuptial flight. Any idea where I could safely release it??

Outside between 5-7 PM on a warm, humid night, doesn’t matter where realistically, as long as you have seen males in the area

Kk sweet. I’ve set up both water and honey in the tube. Though she’s really keen on trying to get through a cotton ball lol. What if I don’t see males out there?

What app? I know an app that download weather info, which needs permission in your devices settings. Antflights .org I think is sometimes okay, but needs people who report more nuptial flights
