Technomyrmex Jocsus/Albipes

Hey, guys
It seems to be coming up to nuptial flight time for the Jocsus formally identified as Albipes in New Zealand. Alates are gathering around nest entrances and it November, Spring now. Does anybody know approximate flight times for the southern hemisphere? Anybody have any experience with these ants? I do know that these ants will produce intercaste workers with **** and wingless males for reproduction within the nest, this means the nest will get very big extremely quickly as lots of intercastes will be laying. This also means the colony can survive for an extremely long time and outlive the queen. Note: They still produce winged reproductive ants. I have found dealate queens last year but can't remember when. Thankya for any info lads : )
