A week ago my very first workers arrived with my very first sucseful queen! :D Today I realized the ants had created a hole in the cotten on the side with water. They are Tetramorium ants so they are very small and the queen can't fit through the hole, I think they are starting to move the brood in there. Is this a problem, I don't want them to dig too far back and drown.

They might need food. I would suggest sticking a straw in between the cotton and the side of the tube so that they can get out, and placing it in an outworld with food in it
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
