Ants on My Barn

Hello All,
This is my first time posting to this forum. I thought this would be a good group to show a project I began when the COVID crisis first hit. I had the idea to make a colony of foot-long ants marching in a squiggly line across my barn. It took the world going crazy to give me the courage to publicly act on a fairly eccentric impulse. If you are interested, here is a link to a short video showing them going up:

Notice the one red ant among all the black. That is an allegory. Every group has that one who's a little different, marching in the opposite direction as everyone else!

I love the art that you are making, and I think it would be really cool if you got a clear ant and some how got a colony in there.
Keep:
3 camponotus pennsylvanicus
2 formica subsericea

I agree that making an ant shaped formicarium should be your next challenge! :D
