AC Outworld Portals and Small Vinyl Tubing Do Not Connect

Dear AntsCanada Forums,
When I received my ‘All You Need’ Lasius Hybrid Gear Pack everything was connecting correctly except the AC Outworld white plastic portal connectors. When I tried pushing the 3/8" Small Vinyl Tubing into the Outworld Portal it didn't fit. The tubing loosely went inside until about halfway when it could no longer fit.

On the AntsCanada website it shows the Small Vinyl Tubing pushing through the Outworld Portals.
