Can't download e book

My parents bought the All You Need Omni Gear Pack about a 2 weeks ago for a Christmas present, and they got the free e book with it. I was given the email for downloading the ebook but when i try it says "Sorry, this download has expired Go to shop"
Can someone help?

Yeah, the same thing happened to me so I went to the contact section and sent a letter. Please respond soon
