Can you please tell what kind and if my queen is fertile

I found this queen in my kitchen in Illinois and she is about 22.2 mm or 7/8 inches and she broke her wings of shortly after I caught her.

We need images, and also we can't tell if she's fertile until her first set of workers arrive.
