Are you able to keep Turtle Ants?
Specifically, Cephalotes Varians. I really can’t find a lot of information on them, so it seems to me like it’d be very tough to keep them, since the info on them is so low. And if you are able to keep them, any tips would be great. Thanks! They’re my dream ant species and they happen to live in my area.

Hey,
I know this is not the same species but it might still give you some informations.

It the same family and also from south america although not being very far spread yet. So they seem mostly native to Cuba and Florida according to the ant wiki.

Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.
