Queens and Eggs

So I caught so many Solenopsis Invicta Queens last Sunday that I had to store them together until today when the 60 test tubes (ended up using all 60) came in I ordered sunday. So now the daunting task of setting up 60 test tube founding chambers...... I opened the tupperware container I had them all in together and guess what I had found? They all working together had started laying eggs! Yes all of them! and the tupperware container is translucent and was in the same room as my computer (dark maybe 75% of the time).

Yes those little white specs are eggs not grains of sand.

60+ Solenopsis queens sat in the same container for a week and the above pics were the results.
