Another ID!
I found these 'possible' queens walking around my pool in the backyard. (I'm not any good at IDing ) But I took the best pictures I could. (Those aren't the test tube setup I have for them just to be clear lol. I have something much cleaner for them, I was just holding them in acrylic tubes while I looked for more.) But I found them about 9:00-10:00pm.
The yellow dots are pieces of pollen
I'm pretty sure that they are all they are all the same

Re: Another ID!
Well I'll keep them in a tube for now just to see if anything happens because of the poor camera quality, but I did find two dead queens in my pool, both different species A lot of chlorine in there. I check often, but they're always dead.

Yeah, pools are good places to check if you are lucky enough to find them alive. They are also a good reading of what has been flying!
