New to Ant keeping, help ID please

Hello,
So after watching AntsCanada for a month or so, I decided I really wanted to give it a try. First time I went out for a walk with my wife, I believe we found 2, but I am unsure. They looked more larger then the worker ants of what looked to be the same species in the general area. Please take a look and help me determine if they are in fact queens and what species. I caught them in Saskatoon SK Canada.

Here’s the link to photos,

Thanks 😄

1 - Formica Fusca
3 - Camponotus pennsylvanicus
21 - Lasius Neoniger

Images are too dark to judge how shiny they are, which would be important for separating C. modoc from C. herculeanus and C. novaeboracnsis.
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.
