Hello guys !
I just caught a queen and i want to know what specie should be .
date : 21.06.2018
measure: around 8-9 mm
She has a thorax wich have a dark red color on the surface,red on the sides, legs brownis-yellow

Lasius emarginatus is another possibility, but Lasius are very difficult to ID without close details like hair coverage and the teeth on the mandibles. Coloration is often not enough.

From what I know lasius brunneus workers are different from lasius emarginatus, so after the nanitics arrive is possible to tell wich specie is it ?

The workers may be as non-distinct as the queen. I would only rely on the anatomical details, like hair coverage on the antennae. Lasius brunneus are like Lasius alienus in that they have no erect hairs on their antennal scapes (the first, long antennal segment). Lasius emarginatus, on the other hand, has lots of bristly hairs that stick straight out. That may help distinguish between those two, at least.
