Could need some Help identifying some Queens

I just found some Ant Queens on my way home but I could need some help in identifying these Ladies. Here are some Pictures.

they where all caught in northeastern Germany in the area around Berlin

Difficult to tell from the pictures, but it looks like you have Lasius sp. and maybe one Formica. Is that 5mm paper?
